The Fire Station Inn, Buxton Manor and North Adelaide Heritage Apartments and Cottages can each be booked using their online booking button. For booking enquiries and requests for other properties, please complete the below enquiry form.

Special Conditions

  • To confirm your booking we will require payment in full by credit card, unless otherwise specified.

  • Management reserves the right to upgrade or transfer you to accommodation of a similar standard.

  • Rates can vary without notice.

  • North Adelaide Heritage Group maintains a strict no-noise policy and unauthorised parties, group gatherings and functions are strictly prohibited. Breach of this policy will result in the offending guests being required to leave the premises with no refund.

  • Smoking is not permitted indoors and should smoking occur within our accommodation a minimum charge of $100AUD will be applied.

  • For further conditions and policy information please consult the property compendium on arrival.

  • If after arrival your accommodation does not meet your requirements our office must be informed immediately.

  • All accommodation is self catering and does not include daily maid servicing unless otherwise specified. (For stays of 5 nights or more a maid service will occur once during your stay. If breakfast is included a maid service will occur daily).

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to arrival will be entitled to a full refund less a $55AUD administration fee. Cancellations notified less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies paid. You may use the deposit as a credit for future accommodation within 12 month period from the date of the original booking.

  • All cancellations are to be in writing. Any alterations to length of stay ie. shortening of period booked etc, will be charged for full period unless 30 days notice is given prior to arrival.

  • Travel insurance is recommended for all bookings to provide adequate protection against cancellation of travel or loss of belongings.

 

Credit Card Payments

  • NB: Amex and Diners Club incur a 3% bank charge. A 3% surcharge is also applied to all international transactions.
