Feeling like a tasty main- Miso Eggplant, Blue Cheese Gratin, Tomato Marmalade
I have always been a huge fan of baked eggplant with a sauce The miso worked just as well, as it was light and did not over bear any other flavours. The addition of the blue cheese is one of the best combinations ever, and it magically works with the subtle eggplant. The tomato marmalade was not too over bearing and gave the dish a sweet addition.
Feeling a sweettooth? To be honest you cannot go wrong with any of their desserts but my fav is the Giant Profiterole!
